735.02 AUTHORITY.
   (a)   Grant of Power. The authority to enact the Ordinance is established under W. Va. Code 8-12-1, et seq. and the laws of the State of West Virginia.
   (b)   City Limits. The Ordinance shall apply to and be effective within the boundaries of the Town of Marmet, also referred to herein as the “City Limits”.
