(a) Title. This article shall be known as the “Ordinance on Locating Video Lottery Establishments”.
(b) Findings. In considering the enactment of the Ordinance, the Council of the Town of Marmet makes the following findings of fact.
(c) Purpose. It is the purpose of the Ordinance to regulate the location of Video Lottery Establishments within the City Limits to curtail the secondary effects thereof. It is not the purpose of the Ordinance to permanently bar any Video Lottery Establishment that is an Existing Use within the City limits.
