725.02 AUTHORITY.

(a) Grant of Power. The authority to enact the Ordinance is established under chapter eight, article twenty-four of the Code of West Virginia of 1931, as amended, and the laws of the State of West Virginia.

(b) Town Limits. The Ordinance shall apply to and be effective within the Town Limits. (Ord. 92-14. Passed 8-18-03.)
