549.09 ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)   The Town is authorized to seek from the Circuit Court in circumstances it deems necessary authority to physically secure the subject property in the event the property owner fails to do so within the time period directed by the Court. In such event the Town may seek reimbursement through the Court of its reasonable costs for doing so.
   (b)   The Town shall also seek from the Court any reasonable relocation costs for a tenant who has moved into the property after notice has been issued to the property owner providing that tenant has not contributed to causing this to be chronic nuisance property.
   (c)   For any money judgments rendered the Town under these provisions, the Town shall place liens on the subject and/or seek enforcement of such judgment(s) through any and all available legal means. Any such judgments shall seek imposition of the applicable statutory rate of interest.
