Any property, including land and that which is affixed, incidental or appurtenant to the land, including, but not limited to any business or residence, parking area, loading area, landscaping, building or structure of any separate part, unit or portion thereof, or any business equipment, whether permanent or not. For property consisting of more than one (1) unit, this designation of nuisance property may extend to any and all other units and any common areas if it is determined that other units are also responsible for the nuisance.
