The following are hereby declared nuisance activities: harassment; intimidation; disorderly conduct; assault or menacing; sexual abuse; contributing to the delinquency of a minor or sexual misconduct; public indecency; prostitution or related offenses; alcoholic liquor violations; offensive littering or chronic trashing with debris the premises; criminal trespass; theft; arson; damage to property; disturbing the peace or related offenses; possession, manufacture, or delivery of a controlled substance or related offenses; disturbing the peace; illegal gambling; criminal mischief; any attempt to commit and/or conspiracy to commit any of the above activities; fire or discharge of a firearm; unlawful operation of sound producing or reproducing equipment; unlawful drinking in public places; curfew violations; indecent exposure; violations of local and customary property maintenance standards; general disrepair of property; failure to properly care for junk, debris and other refuse and harboring or keeping dangerous and vicious animals or animals that otherwise disturb the peace; and any other activities that necessitate the dispatch of law enforcement officials, and those officials find such dispatch to have been warranted.
