107.02 TIME OF ELECTIONS.

A regular municipal election shall be held on the second Tuesday in June, 1997 and the same day every fourth year thereafter for the purpose of electing a Mayor, Recorder, and the five members of the Council, altogether constituting the governing body of the City.
