The Municipal officials of the City of Marmet shall be elected by qualified voters who are registered with the Registrar of Kanawha County and who reside within the corporate boundaries of the City of Marmet. The Kanawha County voter registration books shall be the registration books for all regular and special elections in the City. At least one day before the date of any election, the City Clerk shall procure from the Clerk of the County Commission the necessary registration records and other election supplies.
