505.12 JURISDICTION.

The Municipal Court of the Town of Marmet, Kanawha County, West Virginia, Magistrate Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, and the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, shall have concurrent jurisdiction with respect to misdemeanors under this ordinance.
