181.01 ESTABLISHED.

There shall be in the Municipality a court, which shall be called the Municipal Court, to be held by the Municipal Judge of the Town of Marmet. The Municipal Judge shall be appointed by Council unless and until provision shall be made for the popular election of said Municipal Judge. (Amended 8-17-87.)
