The Mayor shall act as chairman of the Sanitary Board, which shall elect a vice-chairman from its members. The Board shall also designate a secretary and a treasurer (but the secretary and the treasurer may be one and the same), either of whom may or may not be a member of the Board. The Vice-chairman, secretary and treasurer shall hold office as such during the will and pleasure of the Board. (Ord. 2018-05. Passed 10-15-18.)
