141.07 CHAIN OF COMMAND.

The chain of command shall be the Mayor acting with the approval of the governing body, the Chief of Police, and then other members of the Police Department according to rank and seniority within rank; and all members of the Police Department shall faithfully obey all lawful orders of their superiors in the chain of command.
