It is hereby established the following fee schedule for services provided by the Town of Marmet:
(a) Police Department.
(1) Subject to the provisions of Chapter 29B-1-1 et seq., of the West Virginia Code, the following fees shall be charged:
A. Copies of uniform accident report | $25.00 |
B. Copies of Police incident report | $15.00 |
C. CD's (per copy) | $10.00 |
D. Cassettes (per copy) | $10.00 |
E. DVD's (per copy) | $10.00 |
F. Thumb Drives (per copy) | $10.00 |
G. Individual copy of black & white material (per copy) | $.25 |
H. Individual copy of color material (per copy) | $1.00 |
I. Fingerprinting | $35.00 |
J. Background (TLOXP Report) | $45.00 |
(2) The Chief of Police or his/her designee may waive all or any part of the above fees for:
A. Any law enforcement official of the Town or County, or any official agency of the United States, and any political subdivision or any military organization of the United States, or any police agency of any political subdivision.
B. Any person or agency or requesting copies of a public record in which the assessed fees would cause an undue burden upon them.
(b) All Other Town Departments.
(1) The following charges shall be made for miscellaneous items:
A. Individual copy of black & white material (per copy) $.25
B. Individual copy of color material (per copy) $.50
C. Complete copy of Codified Ordinances Current cost
D. CD's (per copy) $10.00
E. Cassettes (per copy) $10.00
F. DVD's (per copy) $10.00
(2) The Town Council or its designee may waive all or any part of the above fees for:
A. Any person or agency requesting copies of a public record in which the assessed fees would cause an undue burden upon them.
