10-1-18: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this title shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-5-1 of this Code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 420, 12-18-2017)
