A. Violation; Notice: Any owner or occupant who fails, refuses or neglects to trim trees and shrubbery as provided in section 7-1-1 of this chapter, after receiving ten (10) days' notice from the chief of police to do so, shall be guilty of an offense.
B. Penalty Imposed: Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-5-1 of this code. Every day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. (1985 Code § 17-20; amd. 2004 Code)
