4-3-9: PENALTY:
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter by doing any act prohibited, declared to be unlawful thereby or declared to be a nuisance, an offense or misdemeanor thereby, or who fails to do any act required by any such provision, who fails to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or misdemeanor, who violates any legal order or regulation made pursuant to this chapter, or who maintains any "nuisance" as defined in this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-5-1 of this code. Each day upon which any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (1985 Code § 12-30; amd. 2004 Code)
