(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 130.99.
(B) Upon conviction of a violation of § 136.01, any person shall be confined in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days and fined as set by Council from time to time.
(C) Any person violating § 136.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as set by Council from time to time, or, in the discretion of the court, may be imprisoned in the county jail not more than 30 days for each offense. For the purpose of § 136.02, each discharge shall be deemed a separate offense.
