In addition to fines which may be imposed upon any violator of any of the sections of the title, the municipal court may also impose costs which include, but which shall not be limited to: a warrant cost in the amount set by Council from time to time; daily jail costs at the rate which is set by the Pocahontas County Commission; and state costs including the Crime Victims Reparation Fund and the Law Enforcement Training Fund.
