(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 130.99.
(B) A violation of § 134.01 shall be punishable by a fine set by Council from time to time or confinement in the county jail not to exceed 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment.
