(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 130.99.
(B) A violation of § 131.01 shall be punishable by a fine set by Council from time to time or confinement in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days or both fine and imprisonment.

(C) A violation of § 131.02 shall be punishable by a fine set by Council from time to time or by confinement in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(D) For any violation under § 131.03, the person found guilty or pleading guilty shall be subject to a fine set by Council from time to time. For second and subsequent violations, there shall be a fine set by Council from time to time, plus all mandatory court costs.
