(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 110.99.
(B) Any violation of § 111.13 shall subject the offender to a fine set by Council from time to time and costs or a jail sentence not to exceed 30 days or both such fine and imprisonment. In addition to such criminal penalties, the business may be ordered closed for the balance of the evening or the town’s business license may be suspended or revoked for a period to be determined by Council order.
