(A) The list in § 94.25 is the current recommended official street tree and park tree species of the town, and may be modified as additional appropriate species become available.
(B) Trees other than those included on this list may be planted as street trees or park trees, if they meet the designated guidelines, with written permission of the Marlinton Tree Committee.
