§ 154.36 WATER AND SEWER.
   The subdivider of any proposed subdivision lying within the city limits shall also provide at his or her own expense public improvements as follows.
   (A)   The water system of the city shall be extended throughout the entire subdivision in such manner that every lot in such subdivision may be served by means of a house connection within its own frontage.
   (B)   Fire hydrants shall be installed throughout the entire subdivision. The hydrants shall in all respects meet the specifications for fire hydrants set forth in §§ 51.062 through 51.064 of this code of ordinances.
   (C)   A complete system of sanitary sewers shall be provided and, when required to be actually constructed, the construction shall conform to the specifications adopted by the City Council and shall be constructed throughout the entire subdivision in such a manner as to render the same accessible to every lot within its own frontage. Such sewers shall be located in the easements or alleys.
   (D)   A complete system of storm sewers shall be provided, and when required to be actually constructed, shall extend throughout the entire subdivision and shall be separate from the sanitary sewer system and constructed according to specifications adopted by the City Council.
