(A) (1) The smallest practical size dished antenna shall be used, and in any event, on single-family and single-story multiple residential property, such dished antenna shall be of a size no greater than 12 feet in its maximum diameter. The maximum height of a dished antenna installation shall be governed by safety and aesthetic consideration as determined by the Building Commissioner.
(2) No more than one dished antenna may be installed on a single-family or single-story multiple residential property.
(B) Dished antennas may be located on the roof of a multiple residential building with two or more stories, commercial buildings church buildings, school buildings, manufacturing buildings or any other building if approval is obtained from the Plan Commission of the city. Their maximum diameter shall be 12 feet.
