§ 153.31 SUPPORT STRUCTURE SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Only metal support, three-inch black pipe construction or equal, shall be allowed for any dished antenna.
   (B)   Only a concrete base or caissons, depending on soil conditions, shall be employed in line with the grade. The Building Commissioner shall have the sole discretion to decide on whether concrete base or caissons are appropriate.
   (C)   The structure shall be designed to withstand wind force of a minimum of 75 mph in a manner conforming with good engineering practices as approved by the Building Commissioner.
   (D)   All outside electric must have a ground fault interrupter unless it is low voltage.
   (E)   Direct burial of cable is permitted; a minimum of a 12-inch earth ground cover over encased material.
   (F)   The dished antenna must be bonded to an eight-foot grounding rod, with a minimum of seven and one- half feet imbedded in the ground and must comply with the Electrical Code in Ch. 150 of this code of ordinances.
   (G)   The structure must be in conformity with the Electrical Code in Ch. 150 of this code of ordinances.
