§ 152.01 ESTABLISHMENT; PURPOSE.

   There is hereby established a Neighborhood Preservation Program:

   (A)   To prevent the deterioration of housing, neighborhood facilities and abandonment of public ways by the city’s neighborhoods;

   (B)   To preserve, coordinate and concentrate maintenance efforts by the city in designated neighborhoods;

   (C)   To promote private investment in those neighborhoods; and

   (D)   To promote community involvement in all such activities.
