§ 150.093 REFUND POLICY.
   (A)   The Building and Housing Department will only grant refunds only in the cases where an error has occurred on the part of the Department, such as in cases where the permit is issued for work outside the jurisdiction of the city or of there was an overcharge of permit fees.
   (B)   Refunds will not be granted on requests involving:
      (1)   Permits which have expired;
      (2)   Permits under which work has commenced;
      (3)   Permits revoked by the Building Official or canceled by court order; and
      (4)   When there is a change of contractor.
