§ 115.007 FORFEITURE OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.
   All drug paraphernalia manufactured, delivered, possessed, intended for use or designed for use, as defined in § 115.002 of this chapter, shall be seized without a warrant by a peace officer and the same shall be subject to forfeiture.
