§ 98.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not less than $25, nor exceeding $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating § 98.081 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
   (C)   Any person violating § 98.110 of this chapter, who shall continue in his or her failure to so number any dwelling, building or structure, shall be fined $1 for each day during or on which a failure to so number continues, the fine not to exceed $5.
