§ 98.063 CULVERT TO BE KEPT FREE OF REFUSE AND MATTER.

The person who maintains a private drive or roadway across any ditch into premises owned or occupied by him or her shall keep the culvert thereunder clean and free of all refuse and matter which may impede the free flow of water in the ditch.
