§ 98.061 FLOW OF WATER IN DITCH REGULATED.
   Each culvert shall be installed conformably with the flow of the ditch and in the manner prescribed by the Director of Building and Housing so it will not impede the normal flow of water in the ditch, and so there will be no stagnant water standing or retained behind it.
