§ 98.035 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall make an excavation within any street or alley in the city for the purpose of installing water, sewer, steam or gas pipes, or electric or telephone conduits or for any other purpose, without first obtaining a permit for such excavation from the City Clerk.
