(A) Any shopping carts or other personal property owned by any tenant or business owner which is found on property not owned by the landowner shall be confiscated from such location and stored in the city’s Public Works Department.
(B) Any tenant or business owner may reclaim his, her or their shopping cart or personal property at the city’s Public Works Department upon proper identification of the property.
(C) There will be a $10 fee for the return of each shopping cart and for each item of personal property belonging to a tenant or business owner.
