§ 94.31 POSSESSION AND DISCHARGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to knowingly possess, sell, keep, store, manufacture, give away, discharge, set off or detonate any fireworks, as defined in § 94.30 of this chapter, within the city.
