(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not less than $25, nor exceeding $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) (1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.17 of this chapter, or any person who violates any of the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code or fails to comply therewith, or who violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder, or who builds any order made thereunder, or who builds in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken or who fails to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by the City Council or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed in this chapter, shall severally for each and every violation and non-compliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, and punishable by a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $200.
(2) The imposition of one penalty for any violation shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue, and all such persons shall be required to correct or remedy such violations or defects within a reasonable time; and, when not otherwise specified, each ten days that prohibited conditions are maintained shall constitute a separate offense. The application of the penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.

(C) Any person, firm or corporation that violates or fails to comply with any provision of §§ 94.30 through 94.34 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $250, nor more than $1,000, for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be regarded as having been committed each day any person, firm or corporation shall continue any such violation.
