(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not less than $25, nor exceeding $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.04, 92.21 and 92.50 through 92.53 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $1, nor more than $200, for each offense; and a separate offense is deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
