§ 92.66 WHEN CITATION ISSUED.
   Whenever a police officer is authorized to arrest a person without warrant because of a violation of any code section or any applicable ordinance, in respect to any of the following subjects, the police officer may, in lieu of the filing of a complaint in court, in the first instance issue to such alleged violator a citation, advising the person that he or she has violated a specified ordinance; requesting him or her to make payment in an amount applicable to the violation as set forth in § 92.68(B) of this chapter as settlement of the violation claim; and informing him or her that, upon failure to so settle, a complaint will be filed in the Circuit Court of the county charging him or her with such violation:
   (A)   Violation of nuisances; and
   (B)   Regulating and licensing dog.
