§ 92.03 HOUSING OF ANIMALS.

(A) No person shall cause or allow any stable or place where any animal is or may be kept to become unclean, or unwholesome, and it is unlawful to keep any live, wild or domestic animals other than household pets and horses.

(B) Horses shall not be kept on a lot or parcel of land less than five acres.
