Any person, firm or corporation who fails to pay the fee for a false alarm herein provided for, or who otherwise violates or fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, shall be, upon conviction, fined not less than $25, nor more than $500. Except for the non-payment of fees, as provided for in § 91.05 of this chapter, a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs of continues.
