§ 91.06 CERTAIN SIGNAL TRANSMISSIONS PROHIBITED.
   Burglar alarm systems shall only emit signals indicating unauthorized intrusion or attack of a protected area. Robbery alarm systems shall only emit signals indicating a robbery in a protected area. No other signals shall be transmitted over burglar or robbery systems. No person shall use or cause or permit to be used, an alarm system utilizing signaling devices that automatically select a public trunkline of the Police or Fire Department and then reproduce any prerecorded message to report any robbery, burglary, fire, hazard or other emergency.
