The city hereby ordains, adopts and enacts the model attached to the ordinance codified herein, proposed by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Chicago, a copy of which is incorporated herein as though set forth in full in hace verba, omitting pages two and 23 thereof and including Attachment 1, pages two and 18, and including all other pagination, article, paragraph, section designations, with the blanks filled in with the appropriate designations, words, figures, dates and index and definitions.
