§ 50.041 DETERMINATION OF DATE FOR SPRING CLEANUP.
   The dates during which the spring cleanup shall be conducted shall be determined and established each year in such manner that the program may be both compatible with other business of the city and conducted at such time that appropriate weather conditions may be anticipated.
