(A) The charge for residential garbage and refuse disposal services for fiscal year 2021-2022 starting September 1, 2021 will be $25.81 which will be due each month for each residence, and the cost for the yard waste stickers will be $3.
(B) Spring clean-up shall be for one week during the month of May, at the city’s discretion. During the clean-up week, all household trash will be collected, including branch pick up. Branches must be separated from the household trash and placed at the curb on the regularly scheduled garbage pick up day during clean-up week. Cut trees will be picked up for a fee, to be determined by the size (cubic yards). There shall be an additional charge for trash collected in addition to the 90-gallon cart and two bags, up to four cubic yards. Trash in excess of four cubic yards will not be collected without city approval. Once approved, the excess trash will also be subject to an additional charge. Charges for excess trash, bulk items and branches (outside of clean-up week) shall be placed on the water account.
