§ 50.016 CONTAINERS; HOUSEHOLD; NON-HOUSEHOLD.
   (A)   Household container specifications. All household garbage, which shall be drained and wrapped, and all household rubbish, excepting bulky rubbish such as trees and branches, shall be stored in durable rust- resistant, non-absorbent water-tight and easily washed containers which shall have covers. Containers of the type intended to be emptied manually shall have adequate handles or bales to facilitate collection and shall be not less than 20, nor more than 30, gallons in capacity. Grass clippings and tree leaves may be stored in plastic bags having a maximum capacity of four bushels.
   (B)   Non-household container specifications. All institutional, commercial and industrial garbage shall be stored in durable, metal, rust-resisting or corrosion-resistant, non-absorbent, water-tight and easily washable containers, which shall have covers. Containers of the type intended to be emptied manually shall have adequate handles or bales to facilitate collection, and shall be not less than 20, nor more than 30, gallons in capacity. Grass clippings and tree leaves may be stored in plastic bags having a minimum capacity of four bushels.
