§ 35.061 AGREEMENT WITH STATE.
   The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute an agreement with the State Employee’s Retirement System of the state (Social Security Unit) to secure coverage of eligible employees as provided in § 35.060 of this chapter.
