(A) No person shall keep, install, maintain, operate, service, lease or distribute any self- service device or machine upon any premises within the city for use by the public without first having obtained a license therefor.
(B) The license fee to be paid by an operator or proprietor to the city shall be per device or machine as specified in the Business License Fees Ordinance.
