(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 110.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Tickets may be issued to the licensed location and the terminal operator.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any section of this chapter shall be fined no more than $200 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit the city in any way to use any or all other means available to remove a nuisance, or summarily eliminate immediate hazards to the public health, safety or welfare.
