(A) The applicant shall indicate the following information on the donation container: the name of organization or company, address and contact telephone number.
(B) All signage on a donation container shall be in compliance with all requirements contained in this code.
(C) A donation container shall be painted and in good condition and appearance, with no structural damage, no holes in the receptacle that would allow leaks, no visible rust and free of graffiti or advertising other than the name of the host site or organization or company benefitting from a donation container.
(D) A donation container shall only be used as a collection receptacle for clothing, books, or other household items.
(E) The collection or storage of items on top of, outside of, or next to the donation container is prohibited.
(F) All donation containers must be located inside a fully enclosed principal structure. Donation containers may not be placed outside a fully enclosed and principal structure on any lot.
