§ 113.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to conduct or operate any amusement which is open to the public without first obtaining a license to do so.

(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply to those amusements or amusement devices which are specifically licensed by any other provision of this code.
