(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person found to be violating any provisions of §§ 52.02 through 52.05 except § 52.03 shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(2) Any person or persons found to be in continued violation of §§ 52.02 through 52.05 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed for each day that a violation exists. In addition to the imposition of fines, the person or persons may be directed to correct and remedy the code violation. Noncompliance with these sections is also a basis for the revocation of a business certificate per the terms of this municipal code.
